RETURNS

As items listed on our website are either sourced specifically for you or under consignment, including sneakersfromtom outlet - all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items. 

All items are thoroughly checked to ensure they are in perfect condition before being dispatched. We trust that clients ask all the needed information before placing an order. This should include details such as colour references, measurements, production years and prices. Detailed pictures and product description is always provided to the client. Items cannot be returned if the item colour or size did not meet the client expectation.

If you have any queries regarding sizing of any items, kindly contact us before committing to purchase.

If you have received the wrong item kindly email us within 24 hours at contact@astyla.co.uk.

In the rare circumstance your order cannot be fulfilled, an alternative or full refund will be offered. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

It is your responsibility to notify Astyla if there are any faults with the product. We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item to enable us to fix any issues.
