Shipping policy

Shipping to the UK is expected to take around 3-4 working days.

All of our parcels are sent with an “if undelivered” address – please be aware that this is only given in case the parcel is undelivered or lost in transit. This address is not to be used in any circumstances to return the parcel to us.

In the unlikely event, the wrong size or product has been sent by Astyla/sneakersfromtom, the customer must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 working days in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Shipping to countries outside the UK may incur custom charges. Astyla/sneakersfromtom holds no responsibility for the custom charges, for further information prior to purchase please contact us. 

If your parcel is returned to us because you have missed or refused delivery, then you will be charged a fee of £10.00 to cover redelivery or an admin charge to process a refund. Please note, DPD only allow a maximum of 3 attempts before returning the item to us.
