Alongside our internal verification process, we also use additional authentication methods including trusted industry specialists and advanced AI technology to provide further reassurance and independent verification of authenticity. Every item is reviewed through multiple stages of authentication to ensure the highest level of confidence before being approved for sale.

For selected items, e.g. Chanel and Goyard, we utilise Entrupy’s luxury authentication technology one of the leading AI-supported authentication services used throughout the luxury resale industry. Entrupy combines microscopic imaging and expert analysis to help verify authenticity with exceptional accuracy.

For Hermès pieces specifically, we work with Bababebi one of the world’s most respected independent Hermès authentication specialists, providing an additional level of expertise for some of the most exclusive handbags and accessories in the world.

Items are supplied with their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, care booklets, and original receipts. Availability of the extras may vary depending on the item, however all products are authenticated regardless of accompanying packaging or documentation.
